The primary purpose of this requirement, Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW), is to facilitate preventive, remedial and support services to optimize psychological health and readiness of the of the roughly 5,000 men and women of the MDARNG and their immediate families. This requirement is designed to be flexible, responsive, and meets the ever-evolving needs of the government. The MDARNG Surgeon’s Office requires a LCSWs with a license to practice in Maryland and a minimum of two years’ experience. Contract services shall be provided 0630-1700 Tuesday - Friday at Camp Fretterd Military Reservation, 5555 Rue Saint Lo Drive, Reisterstown, MD 21136, Building 205. At least once a month weekend (Saturday and Sunday) schedule will be required. Alternate work locations and weekend hours are authorized. Four 10 hour days with one-half hour unpaid lunch. The work week will not exceed 40 hours in duration. Working from home will be authorized and will not exceed 10 hours per week, and based on the needs of the organization as determined by operational tempo and the deputy state Surgeon.
