The purpose of this contract is to expand our branding efforts, maximizing effective communication of information and benefits to our target population (17-34 YRS of age) for recruitment purposes, and our center-of-onfluence population (40+yrs of age: parents, family, school officials, etc.). The contract will enable us to target high school athletes, their parents, and coaches in several Maryland counties with the highest qualified military applicant (QMA) populations. Their online views are averaging 38 million per month with 9% being iGeneration between the ages of 18-24 and 29% being millennials between the ages of 25-38.
