This action is being resolicited to clear up an ambiguity in the PWS at 1.7.1, and attempt to increase competition, per FAR 6.302. Board Certified Medical Practitioner Procedures conducted in accordance with (IAW) American Board of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ABOEM), American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN), U. S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) standards. Laboratory services are performed by a laboratory licensed through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Health Care Financing Administration pursuant to the terms of the Clinical Laboratories Improvement Act of 1967 (42 U.S.C. 263a) and the College of American Pathologists. Personnel performing audiograms will be certified by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC). Personnel conducting spirometry will be certified through a program approved by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). Multiple clinic locations throughout the state of Maryland, geographically located within 55 miles of FMS01 (Reisterstown, MD), FMS02 (Dundalk, MD), FMS04 (Salisbury, MD), FMS05 (Edgewood, MD), FMS06 (Cheltenham, MD), FMS07 (Hagerstown, MD), FMS08 (Laurel, MD), FMS09 (Cumberland, MD), CSMS (Havre de Grace, MD), AASF (Edgewood, MD), WH (Havre de Grace, MD), and TUAS (Patuxent River, MD)
