The purpose of this action is to identify a vendor who can provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform historian support services as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services in Paragraph 3.0. This will be a one year contract with a Firm Fixed Price. This is a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside.
