This service will provide integrated marketing planning, using most effective marketing techniques based on industry best practices. This service should develop and implement radio, television, tradeshows and online marketing methods, report on a bi-monthly basis – state / territory uses, successes, failures, and any potential impediments along with recommended courses of actions. The service should also develop and execute Graphic designs, develop and implement graphic designs relevant to the organization to best optimize lead generation, develop and execute paid marketing campaigns, conduct research all available, relevant keywords, and greatest click through percentage, maintain records depicting current and future planning goals and objectives. The service should also develop and execute a strategic linking platform, establish and maintain a Strategic Plan for each program, and develop a reciprocal link analysis reflects desired lead results. The Social Media strategy should also include evaluations that are technically complete, meet established suspense and are accomplished as scheduled, and ensure that sites meet established regulations and are compliant as scheduled. This will be a one year, Firm Fixed Price action as a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside.
