This solicitation has been edited to include an updated PWS correcting the lengeth of time to 1 base year only. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain licensed medical provider support for completion of the periodic health assessment (PHA), pre/post deployment health assessment (PDHA), post deployment health reassessment (PDHRA), Physical Examinations for Aviation, Special Military School and miscellaneous examinations to improve Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) of the MDARNG. The goal for overall medical readiness is greater than 90% of Service members FMR, with the ideal goal being 100%. Medical treatment is not authorized. The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) Surgeon’s Office requires a highly responsive process whereby the government can quickly obtain needed support and services. This will be a Firm Fixed Price requirement for 1 year. Please read attached solicitation and PWS for details.
