The purpose of this sources sought is to identify interested vendors for dental examination services in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) requirements outlined in AR40-501. The dentist will provide comprehensive dental exams, diagnosis disease, abnormalities and dysfunctional disorder of the oral cavity and any associated structures. Apply dental classification number (1-3) IAW AR 40-3. The MDARNG Surgeon's Office requires a licensed dentist(s) to perform approximately 1664 hours of dental examination services per year. On average one dentist will be required per day. On occasion, and with advanced notice, two dentist may be requested. This sources sought, in no way obligates the Government to any commitment - this is only a notice to identify interest.
