This will be a firm fixed price contract. Contractor shall provide all supplies, labor, materials, and delivery to complete this requirement. Platform must be wide and strong enough for someone to step up on and climb into cockpit with a minimum weight capacity of 350lbs. Gaming Stations Will require gaming 5 stations including gaming station dividers. The divider will measure by 42 inches tall and 48 inches long and will be wrapped with graphics supplied by customer. Each gaming station will have a storage cabinet 32 inches tall by the width of the station and 18 inches long. One PS4 and one (Xbox one X) gaming station will be secured to the top of each cabinet gaming station. Each gaming station will have a minimum of 4 power outlets enough to power two gaming stations and 2 charging stations per gaming system. Outlets must be concealed and easily accessed within storage cabinet. All gaming system wires must be concealed neatly into gaming station allowing maximum storage room inside cabinet. All connections for Gaming systems, stereo systems, and T.V.’s must be concealed. Each cabinet will have (3) lockable pull out drawers fixed horizontally across the top under countertop. Middle drawer will be large enough to hold PlayStation VR headset, other two drawers will hold gaming controllers and headsets when not in use not to exceed 15 inches deep. All drawers will be keyed alike and unlockable with one key Top shelve of unit will be built to hold games and cases there will be 2 lockable clear acrylic cases secured to shelve that open. Each case will be 8 inches by 8 inches by 6 inches and all keyed alike and unlockable with one key. Each gaming station cabinet must have doors that lock to keep everything inside cabinet secure and are all keyed alike and unlockable with one key. 6. Customer must approve all floor plans before production Vendor must provide 5 year warranty all trailer parts and components excluding gaming systems, stereo systems, receivers, televisions, and accessories.
