The Oregon National Guard (ORNG) has been tasked to solicit a support agreement through the use of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the Oregon Army National Guard for catered meals for National Guard training. Units throughout the state of Oregon have a highly regimented training schedule per each training year and require hot meals daily for Individual Duty Training (IDT) weekends and Annual Trainings (AT) in the State of Oregon. The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price (FFP) agreement/ contract. Responses to this Sources Sought announcement will be used by the Government to make, if appropriate, a small business set-aside acquisition strategy decision or full and open competition. Multiple BPA’s are anticipated at time of selection and award.
