Title: PANG Bird Mitigation Netting Installation for Aircraft Sunshades Service 2019 SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY: The 142nd Fighter Wing Contracting Office - Portland Air Nation Guard (PANG) Base, Oregon is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested sources capable of providing the installation, and/or repair service of bird mitigation netting on nine aircraft shelter sunshades at the Portland Oregon Air National Guard Base (ORANG) (PANG Base), Portland Oregon. The contractor shall provide all personnel for a non-personnel services contract to provide aircraft sunshade shelter inspections, maintenance, and repair as specified in the DRAFT PWS. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) code is 561710; Exterminating and Pest Control Services. Size standard is $11,000,000.00. The product and service code PSC is N042; Installation of Environmental Protection Equipment. This is not a Request for Proposals, but instead a market research method to determine interested sources prior to issuing a solicitation. The purpose of this sources sought is to obtain an indication of interest from women-owned small businesses, determine any interest from the small business community, and obtain any voluntary limited capability information from those interested sources. A determination by the Government on the method of competing this requirement has not been made. Based on the information currently available the Government anticipates fulfilling this requirement through a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought notice, the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided in response to this notice is strictly voluntary. This is not a request for technical/management proposals.
