This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The location of contract performance is as follows: Southern/Central Oregon, exact location to be determined. Schedule: Friday, 13 Sept = 1700 - 2100 Saturday, 14 Sept = 0800 - 1400 Sunday, 15 Sept = 0800 - 1100 1. # of rooms required = 19 Single Occupancy (3 Instructor, 17 Attendees) 2. One conference room: 20 Attendees, 2 instructors, 1 Instructor Spouse: 20 Total a. Private (limited distractions) conference room b. 20 chairs c. 4 Round tables/clothed d. Heated/air-conditioned e. Dim Lights compatible f. Presentation table g. Supply table 3. Meals = a. breakfast (2) (Sat & Sun) b. lunch (1) - Served in Conference Room (Sat only) c. dinner (1) - Meal Vouchers for Restaurant on Location (Sat only) 4. Snacks = a. Assorted Snacks b. Coffee/tea/iced tea/water available for all sessions 5. Each table have pens/paper for each participant to be provided. 6. Additional recreational activities available on-site to include, but not limited to, horseback riding, golf, biking, spa, etc. Event attendees will participate in these included in the contract. Please provide pricing for these activities at the group rate for 7 attendees per activity.
