The Portland Guard Base requires a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for various Lab Testing to include blood and urinalysis tests. Samples will be collected on site and shipped to lab testing facilities. Pricing lists will be established with fixed pricing per individual test and updated annually. The BPA will be established with an ordering period of five (5) years.
