Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is No. W912JV-19-Q-5013, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by July 16, 2019 @ 3:00 pm Pacific. The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541350 Building Inspection Services, and the size standard is $7.5 Million. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. Description of requirement: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide inspection services on nine (9) aircraft sunshade shelters. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Period of Performance: 12 Months (One Year Base) Plus Four Option Years This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed Price procurement and will be procured using commercial procedures.
