This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is No. W912JV-19-Q-5004, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by February 22, 2019 @ 3:00 pm Pacific. The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561710 Exterminating and Pest Control Services, and the size standard is $11 Million. This acquisition is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) only. Description of requirement: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide service for hardware upgrade of the bird netting mitigation on nine (9) aircraft sunshade shelters. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
