Hotels provided need to be 3-diamond lodging as rated by AAA. Lodging needed is 50 double occupancy rooms x 7 nights = 350 room nights & 4 single occupancy rooms x 7 nights= 28 room nights. The total room night is 350 + 28 (The government is paying for room nights.) Rooms must have 2 double beds at a minimum for the double occupancy rooms and 1 single (king preferred) bed at a minimum for the single occupancy rooms. Late checkout will be provided for all rooms. Hotel must have parking at facility provided at no cost to government.
