Announcement Georgia Army National Guard 122nd RTI DFAC Full Food Service Operations Solicitation # W912JM-20-R-0003 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and pursuant to the simplified acquisition procedures of Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; a proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The government’s intent is to establish a Firm Fixed Price contract to a Woman Owned Small Business for NAICS 722310. The period of performance shall be for a period of one (1) year and two (2) option years. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Full Food Service for the 122nd Regional Training Institute (RTI) Dining Facility (DFAC), as defined in this PWS. This requirement will be a Base Period with two (2) Option Year periods. The requirements of this contract include menu planning, cooking, serving and cleaning for the following meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner to be served in the dining facility and To Go meals when necessary. The estimated numbers of meals during the Base Period are: 15,142 Breakfasts; 15,142 Lunches, 15,142 Dinners. These meals shall resemble the portion, variety and quality expected at established restaurants and TM 10-412. See Full Soliciation and Performance Work Statement attached.
