The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 22020-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard in millions of dollars is $35.0. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-11-22 at 16:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. REQUIREMENT: The Georgia National Guard requires this to be a Small Business Set-Aside, Open Market requirement and must meet or exceed the requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for LODGING, MEALS and MEETING SPACE for 13-15 Dec 2019. The venue the must be no more than 75 miles of Atlanta, Georgia. Please refer to the PWS for SPECIFICATIONS of the requirement. AWARD CRITERIA: Award will be made to the responsible Seller who is technically acceptable and has the lowest evaluated price. To receive an acceptable rating, the Seller shall offer a product that conforms to the Performance Work Statement attached to this solicitation. THIRD PARTY VENDORS ACCEPTED: Third Party bids will be accepted. Bidder must submit the Hotel Agreement and photographs of the hotel as required documents to be considered for evaluation. Submissions lacking this requirement WILL NOT be considered. VENUE RADIUS: Facility needs to be no more than 75 miles of the Atlanta Georgia area. QUESTION SUBMISSION: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered. For this solicitation, National Guard - Georgia intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Georgia is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.
