The 165th Airlift Wing, Mission Support Contracting Office currently has a requirement for an Event and Planning Service in support of the Airman & Family Readiness Office. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Offeror who is a responsible Contractor. It is anticipated the solicitation will be released on or about 16 May 2019. Period of Performance: The period of performance of the resultant contract will be from 3 June - 8 June 2019. Description of Requirement: Provide a fully integrated solution capable of meeting an Event Planning Service requirement. Contractor shall be tasked to provide a fully integrated solution capable of meeting multiple performance elements. Full Scope of Event Planning Service Requirement is a follows: -Provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for up to 40 attendees -Provide one general session meeting room space for up to 50 attendees -Provide lodging rooms for 03-07 June 2019 for up to 40 attendees -Provide meeting rooms with all Audio Visual requirements -Provide transportation and admission fees to all activities/events Type of Set-Aside: The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561599, All Other Travel Arrangement and Reservation Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $20.5M. The Product Service Code is R706, Support-Management: Logistics Support. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ prior to contract award pursuant to FAR 52.204-7.
