The 165th Contracting Garden City GA has a requirement for non-personal services to provide lodging, on-site meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, conference room facilities, and audiovisual (AV) equipment in support of the Yellow Ribbon Program Place of Performance: 75 mile radius of Savannah GA. Solicitation should be available on or about 16 Aprl 2019. Period of Performance: The period of performance of the resultant contract will be from 17-19 May 2019. Type of Set-Aside: The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, with a small business standard size of $32.5M. The Product Service Code is V231, Lodging - Hotel/Motel. This requirement will be issued on a small business set aside basis. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a single award, Firm Fixed Price contract to fulfill this requirement. Contract Award Evaluation Criteria: The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the lowest priced responsible offeror, whose offer conforms to the solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 13.
