The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, incidentals and any other items and services necessary to provide and install the access control system as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) at Robins AFB, Building 2078. The access control system must provide access control to the exterior door. All security system materials and accessories will be installed in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer's recommendations. All changes and modifications to project by either contractor or customer shall be in writing and submitted to 116 ACW Contracting on the appropriate forms, prior to any changes being made. A project manager shall be assigned and available to 116ACW Contracting and the customer, and will be able to answer all questions concerning this installation in a timely fashion. Work must be performed in a manner that limits as much as possible any disruptions to the normal day-to-day operations. This project will be a COMPLETE replacement of current system. There will be a sight visit for this requirement on 23 Jan 2019 at 1300h. See attached guide for addiotional details on the site visit.
