The resulting award will be for hotel-lodging, meals and audio/video set-up for break-out rooms. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The contract will be awarded under Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. A brief synopsis of the services required is as follows: 1. hotel rooms (3) 2. Meals. 3.
