The Arkansas National Guard, Purchasing and Contracting Office, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source modification to firm-fixed-price contract W912JF22C0003, with a Period of Performance of 01 June 2022 - 30 June 2022 to Career Training Concepts located at 2060 E. Exchange Place STE 120 in support of the Army National Guard Professional Education Center. The contractor will provide on-site Course Development Services. These services will be provided at the National Guard Professional Education Center dining facility located on Camp J.T. Robinson in North Little Rock Arkansas 72199. NAICS code will be 611430. This notice is being provided in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(ii). This action is a one-month extension of services under FAR 52.217-8 of an existing contract (W912JF22C0003). The replacement contract is currently under protest with GAO. There is not an assoicated solicitation for this requirement. This requirement is not being made available for competition because the subject services are provided under an existing contract and this action is an extension of those services under FAR 52.217-8.
