See attached Amendment for additional information in regards to this requirement. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. (i) This solicitation, W912JF-21-R-0014, shall serve as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021- 05. (iii) This procurement is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, the NAICS code is 332992, # employees 1250. The Product code is 1305. (iv) Small Arms Ammunition is requested in this solicitation. Brand name or Equal. Refer to attached SF 1449 Solicitation W912JF-21-R-0014 schedule for Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) item details. Pricing to be provided for these CLINS. (v) F.O.B. Destination for delivery. (vi) Instead of listing all applicable provisions and clauses on the face of this combined synopsis/solicitation, the provisions and clauses listed in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation W912JF-21-R-0014 apply to this acquisition. Complete Blocks 17a, 30a, 30b and 30c sign and return with quote. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management database at https://www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. Contractor must also complete their Online Representations and Certifications on the same website. (vii) Quotes are required to be received by 3:00 PM central standard time on 22 Sep 2021 by the USPFO Purchasing and Contracting Camp Robinson, North Little Rock, Ar.
