Provide Full Food Services in support of the Arkansas Army National Guard’s 233rd Regional Training Institute trainees. Services are being procured for approximately a ten-month period of performance beginning 09 September 2021 and ending on 08 July 2022. The required services include menu planning, cooking, serving and cleaning for the following meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be served in the dining facility, sack lunches for field exercises and To-Go Meals. The estimated numbers of meals during the period of performance are 23,039 Breakfasts, 23,039 Lunches, 23,039 Dinners (69,117 total meals). These meals shall resemble the portion, variety and quality expected at established restaurants and TM 10-412. The number of meals is an estimate based on scheduled and projected course attendance. The number of meals required may fluctuate based on student enrollment and course schedules.
