This requirement is for the destruction/deformation of approximately 110,000 pounds of Expended Small Arms Cartridge Casings (ESACCs) and small arms brass gleanings from range clearance operations. The product is located at the Fort Chaffee Maneuver Traning Center (FCMTC) near Fort Smith, Arkansas and at the Joseph T. Robinson Maneuver Training Center (RMTC). A Statement of Work describing the work required is attached to this announcement. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business concerns only. The successful vendor must be registered and active with no exclusions in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be awarded a contract. Ensure to provide your CAGE code with your proposal. Provide pricing on CLIN 0001 at a rate per pound rate based on a quantity of 55,000 pounds of ESACCs located at Fort Chaffee. Provide pricing on CLIN 0002 at a rate based on a quantity of 55,000 pounds of ESACCs located at Camp Robinson.
