The bales are treated as a secure load containing PII and must be rendered unrecognizable and beyond reconstruction (e.g., shredded, deinked), with the contractor providing a certificate of destruction at the end of sale. The bales are located at Building 0319, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR.
