MEARNG Dental Chair Arms and Dental Equipment
The Maine Army National Guard requires procurement, delivery, on-site installation, and integration of specialized dental chair arms and equipment at their Augusta, ME dental clinic. The performance window is scheduled from September 8 through September 11, 2026. The acquisition includes brand-name specific Midmark items (CLINs 0001–0004) that must integrate with existing proprietary chairs, and brand-name or equal items (CLINs 0005–0012) such as sterilizers and handpieces. The contractor must handle all on-site mounting, connections, system testing, and packaging disposal. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, evaluating technical capability, past performance, and price.
