THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY: This Notice is being issued for planning and information purposes only. This notice is not a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This Government will not pay for any effort expended in response to this notice, nor will the Government accept proposal as a result of this notice. A SOLICITATION IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE The requirement will be issued as a 100% Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside acquisition. This requirement will be competed and awarded under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13 procedures under, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to select one contractor for an award. Description of Service Requested: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, for Medical Support Service, which includes Non-clinical Medical Case Management Services, Medical Records and Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the service is 621112 – Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists. The small business size standard is $12Million, average annual revenue for the previous three years. Period of Performance: The base period starts on 27 September 2022 through 26 September 2023, with a six (6) month option period. The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The USP&FO for Maine intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) under W921JD22R0002, for Medical Support Services on or about 1 June 2022. By submitted a RFP, contractors shall validate their proposals will be valid for 90 calendar days from the solicitation closing. The information will be made available to the public solely distributed through the General Service Administration’s - Contract Opportunities website at SAM.gov | Home. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition including solicitation amendments, will also distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about the acquisitions. This announcement serves as the advance notice for this project.
