Solicitation number W912JD-23-Q-0013 is issued utilizing FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is solicited as a small business set-aside under NAICS 611519 with a size standard of $21M. This request is for the support of the New England CERFP External Evaluation (EXEVAL) in Buzzards Bay, MA from 14-17 August 2023. The contractor is to provide the structural collapse venue site (SCVS) reset as well as role players, moulage, and weighted manikins. Please see the attached Performance Work Statements. Service Contract Act WD# 2015-4045 (Rev. 24) dated 12/27/2022 applies. Quotes shall be based on the requirements of the solicitation and must contain three volumes: Technical Past Performance Price Questions regarding this RFQ shall be sent to leah.m.bennett11.civ@army.mil by 1300 EST on 09 May 2023.
