This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 331529, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The USPFO-ME is seeking to purchase a Crane Load Test Weight Set. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Supplies Line Item Description Quantity Unit Price Total Price 0001 Crane Load Test Weight Set Plates Shall be manufactured of steel, lead will not be accepted. Base Plate will have LUG in center of plate for stacking other plates, raised so it can be lifted with a forklift. Base plate shall be no taller than 85". Base plate shall be no wider than 36" square Base plate and lug together will weigh 5,000 lbs. Top of lug will have a hole for the crane hook to pick up weights. Plates #2 & #3: Weights will be 5,000 lbs., raised so they can be lifted with a forklift, two lug attachments on the left and right side for lifting and sliding over the Main lug, hole in center for stacking over base plate lug. Plate #4: Weight will be 3,000 lbs., raised so it can be lifted with a forklift, two hooks attachments on the left and right side for lifting and sliding over the Main lug, hole in center for stacking over base plate lug.
