This short term was requested due to staffing and financial resource challenges delaying the follow-on competitive procurement. This requirement is being competed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as authorized by FAR subpart 13.5. – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition is solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code – 611519 – Other Technical and Trade Schools.
