Non-Clinical Case management services are required to assess the medical readiness of Army National Guard personnel. The Non-Clinical Case management services do not require nursing or medical certifications to perform as they are administrative task only and do not include clinical decision making. However, a background in nursing, medicine or social work for those who have not worked in a case management or care coordinator program are extremely valuable. The service goal is to provide program development, oversight and execution in order to execute the Army National Guard medical readiness directives. The end state goal is high medical readiness and deployability for all KSARNG Soldiers.
