Kansas National Guard has a requirement for the UH-60 Blackhawk Phase Maintenance Inspections (PMI) I/II located at Topeka, KS 66619. Provide aircraft maintenance and inspection services utilizing common and specialized hand tools. The work includes: A minimum of 20 phases will be completed per year, 1.7 per month. Aircraft will have a 60-75 day Turn Around Time (TAT). A typical phase team will consist of the phase team lead and five mechanics. Contractor Production Controller and technical inspector (TI) will be assigned to the phase team to ensure aircraft maintains schedule and that all performed maintenance inspections/procedures comply with technical manuals (TMs) and applicable references.
