This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 dated March 10, 2021 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 519130, with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2(b), this procurement is unrestricted. The USPFO for Kansas intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a 1 year period of service. This is for local internet and cable TV services in Salina and Topeka Kansas.
