This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; The solicitation number for this procurement is W912JC-19-Q-5001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 750 Employees. This acquisition shall be available as a total small business set aside. Period of Performance: 30 Days Description: See attached Statement of Work (SOW) 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, Technical Solution and Past Performance. Quotes must include a technical proposal indicating how you intend to meet the requirements in the SOW. This proposal is to include, but not limited to: specification sheets, drawings, or any pertinent information that will allow the government to evaluate the item/s you have proposed. Quotes received that do not have adequate proposal will not be considered for award.
