This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation (W912JC-25-Q-0001) is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) updated January 17, 2025. Sparkes; james.d.sparkes.civ@army.mil This is requirement is for promotional shirts; T-shirt, and long sleeve shirts with screen printed Kansas Army National Guard Logo (Digital .png file of this image will be provided) screen- printed: 4” Horizontal 3.5” Vertical; positioned center over left chest. The material is to consist of a minimum composition of 50% Polyester, 25% Cotton, and 25% Rayon Shirts are to be Charcoal black in color, unisex with round neck. A variety of adult sizes (small, medium, large, extra-large) need to be available. Industry standard double needle hems both sleeves and bottom of the shirts. The 7/8” collar is to also be double needled. All seems are to be securely sewed to industry standard, highly resistant to snags and tears. Additional details and information provided below. This requirement is intended to be a Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) set for 5 years; Awards are to be issued to the lowest 3-5 overall priced quotes provided returning best value to the federal government. In compliance with Buy American statute, E.O. 13881 and E.O. 14005 the cost of domestic components shall (at a minimum) exceed 65 percent.
