The Contractor is to provide a premium FEMA registered facility to accommodate lodging, training, breakout, and dining accommodations to include catering for a total of 370 attendees, their spouses, (DEERS dependent) and family members along with support staff for a Yellow Ribbon Post Deployment Event February 11-13, 2022. (a) Block of sleeping rooms for approximately 60 attendees, rooms contracted and guest pay, see detailed breakdown in paragraph 5.3.; (b) meeting rooms to include a general session ballroom to hold approximately 340 attendees; (c) Resource Fair space to accommodate approximately 30 contractors to set up a display table each; (d) Event Registration space to accommodate the registration of attendees on Saturday morning February 12th, 2022; (e) Childcare and Youth activities rooms, (1 each) to accommodate two age groups; (f) Counseling rooms (2 each) to accommodate private sessions for one-on-one counseling; (g) Command Post room to accommodate YRRP event staff of approximately 10 people with computers, scanners and printers; (h) meal service for attendees and staff (approximately 350) to include breakfast and lunch on Saturday, February 12th, 2022 and Sunday February 13th, 2022. Refreshments (Water) for Saturday, February 12th, 2022 and Sunday February 13th, 2022; (j) Audio visual needs to accommodate the event. 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
