This notice is not a solicitation for proposals. Through this Sources Sought Notice, Kansas National Guard seeks capability statements, past performance information, ISO certifications, and work performed for other agencies on the AGT 1500 engine, X1100 transmissions and related Full UP Power Pack Components (FUPP) from interested qualified sources. It is anticipated for Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type action(s) under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. This Sources Sought Notice is a means of conducting market research to identify interested parties with the resources to perform repair services and supply parts for the AGT 1500 engine, X1100 transmissions and related FUPP components on the M1 Abraham tank. This includes all associated components, assemblies, subassemblies and associated parts and services. The anticipated Period of Performance (POP) for these requirements will vary between one-time repair/parts purchases to the establishment of various purchase orders / contract / agreement types not to exceed 5 years for repairs and needed parts. Standard Commercial contract clauses would apply and the applicable wage rates unless a Service Contract act exemption would apply. Interested parties should submit their qualifications and past performance data on repairs/parts suppled specifically performed on/for the AGT 1500 and/or X1100 transmission to include contracts/orders or agreement numbers under which such repair/supplied parts was performed. We are unable to provide drawings/specifications, as they are Proprietary information to the respective owners. Respondents must indicate their business size. Provide your company’s specific experience in performing AGT 1500(engine) or X1100 (Transmission) or related M1 Abrams Full Up Power Pack Components repairs/parts. Provide details regarding previous experience in performing these services or supplying components for the same. Please include contracts/orders or agreements numbers, and any other relevant information you deem applicable. Elaborate brochures or documentation are unnecessary and are not desired.
