This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. Saturday, October 24, 2020, 35, EA; LI 003: Breakfasts Saturday and Sunday (100 per day), 200, EA; LI 004: Lunch- adult meals Saturday and Sunday (75 per day), 150, EA; LI 005: Lunch - child meals Saturday and Sunday (25 per day), 50, EA; LI 006: Childcare Rooms- need space for 40 children split into 3 rooms per PWS, 3, EA; LI 007: General Session Event Room- need space for approximately 100 people, classroom style setup, 1, EA; LI 008: Event Rooms for Breakout sessions to accommodate approximately 30 in each rooms, classroom style setup, 3, EA; LI 009: confidentiality rooms- for one on one counseling, 2, EA; LI 010: DEERS room - secure room with landline internet access, 1, EA; LI 011: Command Room- to conduct business for the event, to accommodate staff of approximately 10 people with computers, scanners, and printers, 1, EA; LI 012: Resource fair space to accommodate approximately 30 contractors for display tables., 1, EA; LI 013: Registration Space to accommodate the registration of attendees on Saturday morning, 1, EA; LI 014: Audio visual eqiupment/support, 2, EA; LI 015: Childcare / nanny service - for 2 days, 1, EA; LI 016: Other Fees - please provide details of any other fees proposed., 1, EA; LI 017: Contractor Manpower Reporting per the PWS, 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - Kansas intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Kansas is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com.
