This solicitation is for repair to B/560 Air Traffic Control tower cab glazing system which includes but is not limited to: A. Contractor shall assess B/560 Tower Cab Windows Glazing sealants and flashing to identify point of entry for water infiltration on all Air Traffic Control Tower Cab glazing assemblies. Each of the (6) trapezoidal glazing assemblies of the tower cab windows are located 8 stories, approximately 84', above grade, and measure approximately 9' x 13'. The glazing assemblies are installed with the top of the frame pitched forward from the base. B. Contractor shall remove the tower cab window glazing of B/560. Existing sealants are to be removed complete and frame is to be prepared for re-installation of tower cab glazing to be reinstalled via wet glazed with a weep system to allow for trapped moisture to exit window assembly. C. Following reinstallation contractor shall complete a water test, and provide a report as proof that the glazing assembly is no longer subject to water infiltration.
