Site Visit: Interested parties must contact Tami McKenney, 127th MSC, 43200 Maple Street Building 105, Selfridge ANG Base, MI 48045. A non-mandatory site visit will be conducted on 8 May 2019 at 10:00 AM EDT (local time) at Selfridge ANGB, Michigan. For Base access, interested parties must email Tami McKenney (tami.L.mckenney.civ@mail.mil), a completed base access form (attached) to include each attendee's full name, date of birth, driver license number, State of Issue, Gender, Race, Country of Citizenship and if other than USA your Passport number, for a local security check for all attendees. Base access forms shall be submitted no later than 12:00 PM EDT (local time) on 6 May 2019. Base access shall be requested for ALL attendees, regardless if attendees have current access to Selfridge ANG Base. Questions: Offerors must submit questions to the email address noted below not later than, 10:00 AM EDT (local time), 10 May 2019. All answers (on a non-attribution basis) will be posted on the FBO web site. They will be contained in the in a document titled "Questions and Answers". Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solicitation shall apply. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received must be considered by the agency. Quote Due Date: Quotations (to include Submittal Requirements mentioned above) are due NLT 16 May 19 10AM EDT (local time) to the attention of Tami McKenney at tami.L.mckenney.civ@mail.mil. It is the best interest of the offeror to ensure the quote submitted is received by the Michigan ANG Contracting Office no later than the date and time specified or it may be considered non-responsive.
