This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912JB19Q0052 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The NAICS is 721214 this purchase is unrestricted, most camps are tax exempt and are considered large business. CLIN Description Quantity U/M 0001 Camp Costs IAW PWS 1 Job 0002 Contractor Manpower Reporting 1 Job The Michigan Army National Guard has a requirement an organization to host a youth camp event from July 20-26, 2019 for youth ages 9-12 years of age up to 120 campers. The event provides training for youth on a variety of topics including leadership, teambuilding, environmental education, fitness, relationships, stewardship, citizenship, communication, and self-awareness. A wide mix of instructional activities including speakers, educational workshops, teambuilding activities, recreational activities, marching, swimming, and military ceremonies allow the youth to not only learn the skills; but also learning the skills while receiving peer to peer support. It will include camp counselors lodging and meals IAW the PWS. The camp should be no more than 75 miles of the eastern side of 3423 N. MLK Blvd., Lansing, MI. Please see attached PWS and Wage Determination. The requirement is for a summer youth camp event. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control in accordance with the provided PWS. This requirement is firm fixed price. Pricing must be a fixed price for the entirety of work quoted. Quotes that are cost reimbursement for any portion of the requirement will not be accepted.
