The contractor shall design and then install a complete "Total Flooding" clean agent fire extinguishing system.in Building 6906 at Battle Creek ANGB. The system will be at Building 6906, Rooms 4 the operations room and room 6 the server room. The volume of space to cover in Room 4 is 1,834.69 cubic feet. The volume of space to cover in Room 6 is 3,562.37 cubic feet. The total volume of space to cover is 5,397.06 cubic feet. The system is to utilize 3M Novec 1230 fluid. The system is to provide full coverage from true floor to true ceiling. Work will include but is not limited to: submitting shop drawings, design work, installation and testing of system. Activation shall be reported through the existing Monaco Enterprises FACP in the building. Upgrade Monaco panel or install new panel if alarm space is limited. Basis of design is the "Minimax MX-1230 engineering specifications" for clean agent system specifics. Other manufacturer's system must meet performance characteristics of the Minimax system. Perform testing of new system to include submitting test results. Submit as-built drawings. Please see attached Statement of Work and Drawings for complete details.
