PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide the repairs for the HVAC at bldg. 126. This shall include but is not limited to boiler removals, new furnaces, DX air conditioning, infrared tube heaters, make-up air unit, unit heaters, ductwork, DDC, and more. Contractor is responsible for all remaining work effort in order to provide an acceptable final product that meets the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW), drawings and specification. All work performed under this SOW shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and codes, ANG policies and regulations, Specifications, and the SOW.
