The Alabama Army National Guard is issuing this Sources Sought notice to identify and determine if there are potential sources which have the capabilities for 1 year Post Warranty Basic Service Plan Hardware Support w/DMR for HP R1000 Plus BASIC Professional Plan - Remote, Spare Parts, and SMKs with on-site technical support available within four hour drive of Fort Rucker, AL. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. Characteristics are: HP 1 year Post Warranty Basic Service Plan Hardware Support w/DMR for R1000 Plus, Onsite repair with HP replacement parts and components, Post warranty, Standard workdays, must have technician within 4 hours of location for maintenance work (FORT RUCKER)This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this source sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
