The Alabama National Guard, USPFO, announces a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice incorporates elements of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912JA-24-Q-0012 being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside with the NAICS code 339999 with a size standard of 500 employees. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Alabama National Guard, Aviation & Safety Support Center has a requirement for 2,250 each Collapsible stools with Carrying Case. Specific details are listed in the Statement of Requirements attached. Delivery Address: 5401 Andrews Ave. Fort Novosel, AL 36362. Quotations will be evaluated based on Price and Technical Capability acceptable/Not acceptable. Price – The price must be determined reasonable. Technical Capability – The technical capability will be based on the salient characteristics listed in the Statement of Requirements.
