This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and pursuant to the simplified acquisition procedures of Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The government’s intent is to establish a Firm- Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Circular FAC 2021-03 effective February 16, 2021. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. This requirement is being set-aside for a 100% Small Business. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The government has a requirement for: 5 each Dexis Nomad Pro 2 handheld x-ray systems and 5 each Dexis titanium sensor kits. BRAND NAME ONLY, Justification attached.
