This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The solicitation number is W912JA-21-R-0008 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561320 - Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $27.5 million dollars. This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. Requirement: Provide CERFP CTE Role Players, Moulage and Weighted Manikins, Ambulance, Lumber Package, IC SMEs, and S&E SMEs Exercise Support Services in support of disaster response for domestic operations training and evaluation events. This Sources Sought is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Alabama Army National Guard, and is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. The Alabama National Guard is requesting information, pursuant to FAR PART 10, in order to identify potential sources to perform CERFP CTE Role Players, Moulage and Weighted Manikins, Ambulance, Lumber Package, IC SMEs, and S&E SMEs, and movement of concrete slabs Exercise Support Services. The exercise will be in support of domestic operations and provide operations planning and execution. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for details. Period of Performance: 9-11 February 2021 Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform required service. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, which has a corresponding Size Standard of - $16.5 Million.
