This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is:W912JA-20-Q-6001 The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for catering services during quarterly Regular Scheduled Drill (RSD) periods. RSDs are two days a month, Saturday and Sunday. Quarterly months are December, February, May, and October. This consists of a base year and two option year periods. Quotes shall be valid 90 calendar days after the close of the solicitation. 2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 3. This solicitation is set aside for SMALL BUSINESS and associated NAICS code 722310 with the following small business standard $38.5M. 4. CLINs: Please see SF1449 for CLINs and requirements. 5. Package Requirements are located in the SF1449 - FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3 provisions. They list all requirements and deliverables that are required for the proposed contract action. 6. Period of Performance: 01 Dec 2019 - 30 Nov 2020; Option Year 1; Option Year 2 7. The attached provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and can be found in full text at ACQUISITION.GOV 8. Evaluation and Award Factors are listed in Provision 52.212-2, located in the SF1449 Solicitation form. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. 9.
