THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Alabama Army National Guard, to be issued for information and planning purposes only that can be competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. The Alabama National Guard Yellow Ribbon Program (YRRP), is requesting information, pursuant to FAR PART 10, in support of Market Research to identify potential sources from hotel venues that provide the following space below: - 200 lodging rooms - 2 Classrooms theater style seating for 350 persons - 1 Classroom theater style seating for 175 persons - 2 Meeting Rooms for capacity of 50 - 1 Meeting Room for capacity of 30 - 1 Room for operations - 1 Room for private counseling - Registration Area - Provider/Vendor Area - Contracted meals, breakfast and lunch (350 persons) Period of Performance: 16-18 August 2019 near the Point Clear, AL area. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform venue support. The listed meal quantities are estimates. The Government shall provide final headcounts for meals to the Contractor no later than one week prior to the event. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 721110, which has a corresponding Size Standard of $32.5M. The Government is interested in all businesses to include, Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a)s, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Hub zone Businesses, and Women-Owned Small Businesses. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime, and the work accomplished by the teaming partners.
